Welcome to this superb Provençal farmhouse (house + outbuilding) with a swimming pool, nestled in the heart of a vast 3-hectare park, near Aix-en-Provence. Comprising a 150 m² main house and a 120 m² outbuilding, the property can accommodate up to 10 people. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, it offers a peaceful setting in the heart of the Provençal countryside.
Main house (6 people)
The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets.
The ground floor includes a living room, air-conditioned dining room with a cathedral ceiling and direct access to the outside (terrace and swimming pool). A kitchen with all the high-end equipment (gas cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and all the dishes for 10 people.
On this same level, you enjoy a spacious master suite with a view of the countryside, a dressing room and a travertine bathroom (not air-conditioned but cool).
A travertine staircase leads to the upper floor, which consists of two air-conditioned attic bedrooms sharing a bathroom, accessible from one of the two bedrooms. A common area with a sofa and desk completes this floor. A separate toilet is also available.
Independent annex (4 people)
The outbuilding has two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom on the ground floor. It is equipped with a kitchen, a living room, and a dining room, providing a comfortable and independent setting for four people. The bathroom on the ground floor is suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Outdoor spaces
The 3-hectare park offers vast outdoor spaces: a swimming pool overlooking the vineyards and olive trees, a shaded pétanque court, and a private hiking trail. Several terraces, including one under a bioclimatic pergola, are designed for al fresco dining with a large table for 10 people and a gas barbecue.

THE PARKING LOT
A secure entrance allows you to park your vehicles safely under a carport that can accommodate up to eight vehicles. An electric charging station is available.
ACCESS
Guests will have access to the entire villa and outbuilding during their stay.
You will have to take a 1.5 kilometer gravel road, the house is surrounded by vineyards.

The Longère is located in the peaceful and quiet countryside, surrounded by vineyards, close to the village of St Cannat. In the heart of the pine forest, less than 2,000 meters from the village center and accessible by car (10 minutes), a driveway lined with olive trees leads to the Longère.

A gardener and pool attendant will visit regularly during your stay.

It will be released within 5 business days of your departure, provided no damage has occurred to the property.
