Covering 150 m², the main house seamlessly combines Provençal charm with contemporary high-end amenities. Designed to accommodate families or groups of friends, it offers a warm, spacious, and intimate setting.

From the entrance, your eyes are immediately drawn to the impressive cathedral ceiling in the living room, flooded with natural light thanks to large openings that lead directly to the terrace and pool. The fully air-conditioned living and dining area invites conviviality while offering a stunning view of the surrounding countryside. Exposed beams, noble materials, and generous volumes give this space a unique character.

Adjacent to the living room, the semi-open kitchen is a haven for food lovers. Fully equipped with quality appliances, it allows you to prepare and enjoy meals in a space that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Dishes, utensils, and furnishings have been carefully selected to meet the needs of a home designed for up to ten guests.

Still on the ground floor, a beautiful master suite offers a peaceful retreat with unobstructed views of the countryside. Naturally cool, this bedroom is not air-conditioned but remains pleasant even during the hottest summer days. It features a queen-size bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a stylish private bathroom in travertine with an Italian-style walk-in shower.

A travertine staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find two attic-style, air-conditioned bedrooms. These share a bathroom located within one of the two rooms. This floor also features a common area with a sofa and a desk – perfect for reading or remote work. Separate toilets are also available on this level.

Just a few steps from the main house, with separate outdoor access, the 120 m² guesthouse provides a fully independent living space. It's ideal for hosting another family, friends, or a couple seeking privacy while enjoying the amenities of the estate.

Upon entering, guests discover a bright, fully renovated interior, featuring a comfortable lounge, a convivial dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen in a simple and functional style. The ground floor also includes a spacious bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, two bright and restful bedrooms welcome guests in a soft, serene atmosphere. Each room has a double bed and storage space, allowing for a comfortable stay over several days or weeks. Please note that while the guesthouse is not equipped with air conditioning, fans are provided for the summer months.

Thoughtfully designed as a private cocoon, the guesthouse allows everyone to live at their own pace, while benefiting from the estate’s exceptional environment and facilities.

The property opens onto a lush 3-hectare estate, offering a full immersion in the heart of the Provençal countryside. Upon arrival, guests follow a dirt track through vineyards and fields to reach the home. This unpaved and voluntarily preserved path ensures total peace and a sense of seclusion from the very moments.

Everything around the house has been designed for enjoying the outdoors. A large travertine terrace welcomes moments of sharing and relaxation, extended by a bioclimatic pergola that offers shaded dining space for up to ten guests. The premium outdoor furniture includes comfortable sun loungers and elegant parasols, perfect for relaxing in style.

At the center of the garden lies a 10 x 5 meter swimming pool, secured with an automatic submerged safety cover. The pool blends harmoniously into the natural landscape and opens onto sweeping views of the vineyards and olive trees, providing an overwhelming sense of tranquility.

The landscaped park surrounding the property offers a true feeling of space and freedom, with quiet corners ideal for reading, napping, or contemplation. A private path, accessible directly from the house, allows for scenic walks through the garrigue and pine woods – an authentic Provençal natuMy home in.

A covered carport allows guests to park their vehicles in the shade, and a charging station for electric vehicles is also available, ensuring convenience and modern comfort.

For security purposes, surveillance cameras are installed outside the property. They do not film any indoor areas or private living spaces.

After booking, a secure link will be sent to complete the online check-in. This process includes:

• Signing a document agreeing to the property rules;
• A security deposit via Stripe (€1 pre-authorization, not charged and automatically released within 5 working days if no damage is found);
• Access to optional services: early check-in, late check-out, transport, private chef, etc.

All practical information will be shared 48 and 24 hours before arrival via messaging, email, and WhatsApp.
