Just a few minutes from Aix-en-Provence, this contemporary villa offers the perfect setting for a stay with family or friends. Nestled in a peaceful environment, it stands out for its generous volumes, natural light, and seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

From the moment you enter, you’ll discover a spacious 75 m² open-plan living area combining lounge, kitchen, and dining space. Large sliding glass doors create a natural flow between inside and outside, allowing you to fully enjoy the garden and patio throughout the day. The living room is both comfortable and inviting, centered around a large sofa and a convivial kitchen island.
Outside, the landscaped garden is designed for relaxation, featuring a secured swimming pool with electric cover, a large 80 m² terrace equipped with sun loungers, outdoor seating, and a dining area. A ping-pong table is also available for shared moments and entertainment.

The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests with its 5 bedrooms, including 3 suites. On the ground floor, two suites each have their own private bathroom, including a master suite with a walk-in closet. Upstairs, two air-conditioned bedrooms share a bathroom, while a third suite benefits from its own bathroom and access to a small private terrace. All bedrooms can be arranged with either double or twin beds depending on your needs.
