Just a few minutes from Aix-en-Provence, this beautiful Provençal villa in Éguilles is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the relaxed lifestyle of the South of France.
Set in a peaceful and leafy residential area, the house enjoys beautiful open views over the surrounding hills, a lush garden and a private swimming pool surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. It is an ideal setting for families and friends to spend time together while still enjoying plenty of space and privacy.
Inside, arches, natural materials, warm wood and soft tones create a welcoming Mediterranean atmosphere. The house is filled with natural light and opens generously onto the outdoor areas.
The living room features two large sofas and a TV. The dining area is centred around a beautiful wooden table seating up to 10 guests, perfect for family meals and long summer evenings together. The modern, fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook comfortably throughout your stay. A dedicated workspace is also available.
The villa offers 5 bedrooms, all individually air-conditioned.
The bedroom is located on the ground floor and can be accessed without steps. It features a 160 × 200 cm double bed and its own bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom provides three 90 × 200 cm sleeping spaces, including mezzanine-style beds.
The third bedroom features a pull-out bed providing two 90 × 200 cm sleeping spaces.
The fourth bedroom has a 160 × 200 cm double bed.
The primary suite features a 160 × 200 cm double bed, a large dressing area and a private bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower.
There are 3 bathrooms in total: one with a walk-in shower on the ground floor and two upstairs bathrooms with bathtubs and integrated showers.
Families travelling with young children will also find plenty of equipment already provided. A proper wooden baby cot with mattress can be set up in the bedroom of your choice upon request. A changing table, high chair, booster seat, baby bath, baby bed and bath linen, children's tableware, night lights and step stools are also available, allowing parents to travel much lighter.
Outside, the villa truly comes into its own. The private swimming pool is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation and enjoys plenty of sunshine, with lovely views towards the surrounding hills.
Several terraces and outdoor areas allow you to enjoy the house throughout the day, whether it's breakfast in the morning sun, lunch in the shade, an afternoon by the pool or an aperitif overlooking the landscape as the day comes to an end.
A large premium gas plancha is available for outdoor cooking. The garden is also equipped with a premium, non-toxic mosquito-control system, providing additional comfort during summer evenings.
The villa is ideally located for exploring the area. The historic village of Éguilles is around a 10-minute walk away, with local shops, restaurants and markets. Aix-en-Provence is less than 10 minutes away by car, Aix-en-Provence TGV station is approximately 15 minutes away and Marseille-Provence Airport around 25 minutes away.
It is therefore easy to spend the day discovering Aix-en-Provence and the surrounding Provençal countryside before returning to the peace of your garden and swimming pool.
The house is particularly well suited to families, holidays with children and multi-generational stays, offering generous spaces to spend time together while allowing everyone to enjoy their own privacy.
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the neighbourhood, parties, events and large festive gatherings are not permitted. Pets are not accepted.
