We would also like to inform you, in the interest of full transparency, that behind the residence, a nearby building is currently in the final stages of earthworks. Depending on the progress of the site, some daytime noise may occasionally be heard. This does not take away from the charm of the property, but we prefer to mention it so that you can book with complete peace of mind.

After your reservation is confirmed and full payment has been made, you will receive a secure link to complete your online check-in, including:
the signature of a guest agreement (regarding respect for the property);
the payment of a €450 security deposit (by credit card only), held 2 days before arrival and released approximately 5 business days after departure if no damage is reported;
access to optional services (early check-in, late check-out, transportation, private chef, etc.), subject to availability.
