Just a 15-minute walk from the city center, you can easily reach Aix’s lively streets, terraces, markets, and iconic addresses, before returning to the calm of a light-filled retreat overlooking the rooftops of the city and the majestic silhouette of Sainte-Victoire.

Designed to comfortably accommodate stays for couples, families, or friends, the apartment features two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed (160 cm), offering everyone a true space to unwind. The living area, both welcoming and filled with natural light, extends this sense of well-being, while the overall setting encourages you to slow down, enjoy the southern light, and savor every moment between urban escape and peaceful retreat.

Free parking within the residence completes the experience, a real advantage for enjoying Aix-en-Provence without the stress of parking.

We would also like to inform you, in the interest of full transparency, that behind the residence, a nearby building is currently in the final stages of earthworks. Depending on the progress of the site, some daytime noise may occasionally be heard. This does not take away from the charm of the property, but we prefer to mention it so that you can book with complete peace of mind.

the signature of a guest agreement (regarding respect for the property);
the payment of a €450 security deposit (by credit card only), held 2 days before arrival and released approximately 5 business days after departure if no damage is reported;
