This beautiful modern apartment is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Located on the ground floor of a residence, it can accommodate up to 4 guests and offers a pleasant living environment: a large, modern and bright living room, an open-plan kitchen with a central island, two bedrooms, and direct access to a private 300 m² garden with a shaded terrace, garden furniture and a gas BBQ (Weber).
The location is exceptionally peaceful. All rooms open directly onto the terrace and garden through large French doors. The apartment faces west and benefits from a pleasant orientation in summer (it won't get too hot).
The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm), while the second bedroom offers a double bed (140 cm), providing comfortable sleeping spaces for all guests. Storage is available for your belongings. The entire property is designed for a convenient and hassle-free stay. Each room is equipped with reversible air conditioning, and there is also a large portable fan. You will have access to Wi-Fi (fiber optic). Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
You will have a fully equipped kitchen with a De Dietrich oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, rice cooker, and raclette grill. The apartment also has a washing machine, very convenient for longer stays. The accommodation includes one bathroom with a walk-in shower with a glass partition.
