Welcome to this new wooden villa, with a surface of about 200 m2 spread over two levels. We have taken care of the decoration in a contemporary style and arranged several quiet terraces for your greatest comfort.
On the ground floor, you will find a private entrance overlooking a large air-conditioned living room (since 2022) with direct access to the terrace. This room is equipped with a seating area with a sofa, a wood stove, a living area with a large dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen with a central island and a high table. There is also a separate toilet.
The sleeping area is also on this level and includes an isolated office, two bedrooms each with a bed of 160 x 200 cm, a storage closet, fans. As well as a bathroom.
On the garden level, you will find two additional bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a storage cupboard, fans. As well as another bathroom and an English courtyard.
You can enjoy our secure salt pool (not heated in winter) with direct access from the terrace.
For your comfort, we have equipped our villa with TV, Wifi, refrigerator, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, etc.
The entrance to the house is private and you can park several cars there.
Our villa is ideally located to discover Aix-en-Provence and Provence, whether with family or friends.
Please note that we can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, i.e. a maximum of 4 adults + 4 children or 4 couples. The sleeping possibilities are detailed above with 4 beds of 160 x 200 cm.
Finally, know that our villa is non-smoking in all interior spaces.
