Come and discover our old house in Venelles, a haven of peace in the heart of the pine forest to enjoy your holidays in absolute cam! The house is equipped with all the amenities and all the necessary equipment to allow you to enjoy an excellent stay during your holidays in Provence. The house is ideal for families since it offers various spaces including a main house with 4 bedrooms and under the house on the slope: a studio for 2 people and a small apartment for 4 people. The house can accommodate up to 10 adults and 3 children, i.e. 13 people maximum. In the main house, you will find a large living room of 70 m2 with a corner sofa around a flat screen television (Netflix access) and a coffee table. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living room. A covered terrace with a large rustic wooden table will allow you to enjoy your evenings with family or friends over a good meal! The main house (4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen) is fully air-conditioned. The other bedrooms are equipped with fans. Outside, several facilities are at your disposal for an exceptional stay: - a swimming pool (11 x 11.5 m) awaits you to enjoy the sun and sunbathe on the deckchairs available to you. - a shaded terrace facing south with a barbecue, a large table for your family meals. - an outdoor space for petanque to have fun with family or friends. - a ping-pong table and a kit for badminton is available. - the house is surrounded by 5,000 m2 of land in the heart of the pine forest. The location of the house is exceptional for discovering our beautiful region: - The city center of Aix en Provence is 12 minutes by car from the house. - The village of Venelles is located 5 minutes by car, you will find many shops - For cycling enthusiasts, you can take advantage of the beautiful country roads to go on bike rides through the region. - Marseille Provence airport is 35 minutes away by car. - The Aix en Provence TGV station is 20 minutes away by car. Description of the bedrooms and bathrooms: House: Bedroom n°1: 1 double bed (180) and storage as well as an adjoining bathroom with WC Bedroom n°2: 1 double bed (180) and storage Bedroom n° °3: 1 bunk bed (2 children) and storage Bedroom n°4: 1 single bed (1 child) and storage A second bathroom with shower and WC for the 3 bedrooms in the western part of the house. Apartment type T2 (42 m2): 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed with a bathroom and a WC Studio (26 m2): 1 double bed (140) with a bathroom and a WC You can park several vehicles on the various parking areas around the property. The property is not fenced. The swimming pool is secured by a removable barrier. We ask our tenants to leave this barrier in place for subsequent tenants. The opening and closing of the barrier is carried out under the strict responsibility of the tenants. TO KNOW: - A babysitter lives year-round in a studio located under the house (with her cats) and having a small private outdoor space (15 m²) in the property. Depending on her availability, she may render services for remuneration. However, it has no service obligation for tenants and will be discreet so as not to disturb your holidays. - A small shed with its piece of garden (approximately 100 m²) is rented year-round (summer included) in the property to a person who lives there year-round. He is a very nice and discreet person who can receive a few friends in his reserved part during the day or evening. The small shed is about 50 meters from the house. - The path at the bottom of the property is an easement which allows neighbors to pass by car (a few daily passages). In order to offer you the best welcome, we provide household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and bath towels. In addition, welcome kits are available upon your arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge. We will contact you upon receipt of your reservation to provide you with all the necessary information and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect the limit of your bank card.
