In Aix, food is a real institution, especially the good local products -. Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings, the city center becomes a vast open-air market: on the Place des Prêcheurs you can find some organic products. On the Place de la Madeleine, as well as fruits, vegetables, cheeses and meat. On the Place Richelme stands the Provencal market (fruits and vegetables of the region, spices and cheeses, etc ...). On the square of the Palais de Justice are set up the craft stands, the flea market, as well as the clothing market.
