And yet we're 10 minutes' walk from the Cours Mirabeau thoroughfare, in a calm residential quarter near the Jourdan Park, one of the most popular spots for a stroll among the residents of Aix.
The living room, dining room, and open kitchen make a gorgeous living space on the floor of the house, extended by a lounge terrace overhanging the pool. The giant flat screen TV, corner sofa, modern kitchen, and high quality contemporary furniture all contribute to the most comfortable stay.
On the second floor, the beautiful master suite with en suite bathroom has a whirlpool bath. Both floors have air conditioning. The two other double bedrooms are on the ground floor, the same level as the garden and pool. They share a bathroom with shower. The toilet is separate. Please note it is possible to add a double mattress in one of the bedrooms for children.
The undeniable advantage of this house is the optimal layout of the external space. Thanks to the fact that the house is partially built on stilts, the heated pool plays a central role. Completely surrounded by a wooden terrace, it's a particularly pleasant space to enjoy the sunshine, with shaded areas to eat in, a summer kitchen, sun loungers, and living space.
On the street side of the house, there is a small garden with a real bowling green, living space, bar, and even a ping pong table! There is really something for everyone.
Linens, sheets, and towels are provided. The beds will be freshly made on arrival. Weekly housekeeping is included with the rental, along with cleaning on departure. A gardener manages the pool and garden. You will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a gourmet food basket in the kitchen.
